Who We Are

We are Will & Allison King. We started this company because building homes is in our blood. Finding a way to bring our design vision and sense of craftsmanship to each home we build, regardless of price point, is our purpose. It's why we spend our weekends walking job sites and every other waking minute building homes that make people swoon. We don't want to do anything else and it will show in the homes we create and the life you'll get to build beyond the walls.

Without giving too much away about our age, we've collectively been in the home building industry for over 40 years. Will grew up on job sites because his father owned a construction company. His knowledge base is extensive and he's not afraid to use it. You will never meet someone with more integrity or heart.

Allison got into construction through sales...then administration, construction, project management and finally design. What can she say, she loves to learn. She earned her design badges running the Design Studio for a national builder and then designing and merchandising award-winning model homes for a local builder here in the Triangle. Her knowledge base is also extensive - although Will thinks his is larger, of course.
